Well, here I go starting Day 1 for the one millionth time. I know I need to make my goals obtainable or I won't follow through so for today:
1 - get outside and take the girls on a walk
2 - drink water

- While their husbands chit chatted about football (or whatever else boys talk about) Susan and Jenn bonded over a post-church service piece of pie. 11 years of God-given friendship, 8 plus years of infertility battles and 3 miracle babies later their relationship has grown, as has their (eh-em) bottoms. With kids crying, laundry piling and husbands "needing" it isn't easy to put forth the effort to lose weight, be healthy or practice thoughtful discipline. But after all we've been through, fat bottoms are the last thing we are going to let keep us down.
